Mouse locks up in CS

Hey, I have a ATI Raedon 9200 se agp 4x
(i know its shitty, saving for a new one)
but while playing counter-strike, my mouse locks and I cant move it for a few seconds, and then i'm fine, but this happens atleast once a round so it alters my game paly alot and gets me killed alot...
I have the newest drivers.

this problem only started when i got this video card, it was fine with an intergrated intel pos

I have no clue. Give us some more info on your computer and the parts you have in it. Counter strike isnt a graphics guzzler so most if not all computers should run it fine. So basically give us more info on your system and then we might be able to help
