Mass Effect 3 Glitch.

So, I'm a victim to the Sanctuary glitch and if I can't figure it out within one mission repeat I'm going to rage quit all over this *****.

With that being said, anybody came across it? You get to the last door before the cutscene and bam, glitched and stuck. Little Google told me you needed to do something in order to trigger that cutscene but anybody know what it is? I wont take restart my game for an answer either.

i had that, i just reloaded the last fight before the door and it worked.

least i assume it was the same, screen black. could hear myself firing my weapon and moving.

I couldn't hear anything but music and what seemed like me sprinting, despite me just walking through the door.
