Recently i've been playing cs and randomly i began to get super low fps like around 30 or 40 when i usually average about 93. It all started after i reloaded my computer because of a virus that i eventually got rid of. I figured it was just a one time thing so i restarted and it still did it. Then i remembered i was messing around with the startup menu on msconfig. I unchecked everything so my computer would start faster. So then i checked everything again and it worked fine. So what im wondering is if there is something you need on your startup menu or was it still remnants of the virus i had?
