soo.. I just bought an LCD TV and I was wondering why it looks a little pixelated while watching analog cable. Here are the specs on it.
Full-HD 1080p LCD HDTV with Digital Tuner features:
1080p,
1920 x 1080 resolution,
16:9 widescreen,
2000:1 contrast ratio,
500 cd/m2 brightness,
6.5 ms response time.

I apologize if I put this in the wrong thread.. I figured it could count as gaming..since i will use it for that..

ah ok i asked this before as mine is like this too. I was told the bigger the TV the worse it is. Basically it is because analogue isn't great quality and on a newer, better, bigger TV(say LCD) with more pixels and that. The low quality becomes more obvious.

I'd get a Virgin Media+ digibox( HD stuff) but the problem is there are hardly any HD channels atm so i don't get how it would help apart from on those few channels.

Because analog cable isnt hd, and thats an hd tv.

Welcome to the hd revolution.

Youre taking a small resolution (480i) and stretching it to a very high resolution
(1080p).

Same as if you game on 800x600 on a 1680x1050 screen.
