ok i know i'm a noob but what is a LAN party?

It's a party you go to in order to play lots of video games. And usually you take your computer as your date. It probably has alcohol. And music in the form of sounds of people getting fragged. But, usually sex is not involved - unless you are a pretty creepy bunch.

I would suggest UT2k4 and Battlefeild 1942 (with Desert Combat). If you have a *lot* of time, try seetin up a sniper match in Call of Duty... pretty fun stuff very late at night. Pandora Tommorrow is another good option for nighttime, if you have lots of time to play.

Oh man, Doom 3 and Warcraft 3, I would never goto a lan party if they were playing those two games.

Dawn of War is too fast for me. but its a crazy good game for rts fans.
