In the demo there's not a lot to unlock. If my memory serves me correctly, there's plenty to unlock in the full game. Not sure though.

I found that there is more to unlock with add on packs or DLC but very limited without them.

In-game there's about 10-15 weapons, and vehicles, to unlock. And there's a few DLC vehicles and weapons.
