does anyone know how much Guild Wars uses in downloading and uploading? or if this would work for me? say for like... a 30 day period. im looking to upgrade my connection but it has an upload/download threshold of:
Upload-2.3gb/month
Download-7.5gb/month

im a very active user with ~150 hours a month on GW

i dont think that your gonna use up that much up/downloading in one month, by just playing gw.

You'll be fine. I have a similar download limit and I haven't reached it yet as far as I know. I don't play GW anymore but when I was I would play for about 5-6 hours a day, aswell as downloading mods, patches etc for all my other games.

I hope my ADSL provider doesn't have any limit on bandwidth. I get 2.4 mbps download so I guess I could use up a couple gigs easy.

But yea, it's a game so I dont think it would use anywhere near that.

thanks alot! this was a very big worry i had for spendin 50 a month and getting crappy deal for it. WOOPY BYE BYE DIALUP!
