I am really New at PC gaming, need help

keys that arent on a typical keyboard, thye are programmable for diferent things. Like for example lets take a spell from wow or something and it requires you to right click, scroll 3 times up, and bark like a dog. lol You can just program a macro key to do all that at once and save you the time a concentration.

Yeha like lancec said but blizzard did ban some people for using in hacks like making a macro that just auto levels you in other words kill some monsters
