How well will my system run BF3?

I am thinking about getting BF3 and wanted to know what kind of settings I can run with my system in the sig. According to the recommended requirements, I pass on everything except the video card. How much will the video card hurt me?

Also, can you buy a physical copy of BF3? Everywhere I looked, they mostly have digital copies. And what is the deal with all of these codes? Do they unlock certain content?

Sorry if these are stupid questions but I haven't been keeping up since I don't have much time in the summer time.

Let's see... comparing your rig to ine:
You have the faster CPU.
You have the superior GPU.
I have +2GB RAM (but haven't seen BF3 go over 50% so far).

I play BF3 pretty good as-is. I haven't looked at what the graphics are set on as they look good to me with what the game chose. You should be in decent shape to play.

As for physical vs digital... I bough the physical and ended up having to download digitally to get it to work, but I had problems with the Origin and the beta as well. Others went with physical and had no problems.

Specs in my sig play ultra at 1920x1200. Your vid card is superior so you should have no problems at all.

45-60+ without AA. 45 being the dip. That was before the newer drivers came out that supposedly enhance performance.
