How do I change my email address on STEAM

I have steam account for my HL2 game. Not so long ago I have to format my hard drive, and since then i have not felt the need to install Steam or HL2 on my computer just yet.
Reason being is
- because i have just been too busy in Real Life
- because i have just been too occupied playing World Of Warcraft.

now my email address at I have registared with Steam will be changing VERY SOON as I am moving house (and ISPs).

Is there any way that I can change my contact email address with steam with out having install STEAM.

Main reason is, I have 72 hours where i need to pack up and move house with.

And in the process I am cancelling my internet plan in that 72 hours.

Right click on steam > settings > change email

SHIT. Translation of that is that I need to install it.

Is there any way that I can do it online. I really don't want to be unpacking my coppy of HL2.

Download steam from steampowered.com

You simply install steam, no need for ever installing HL2 or anything.
