Help please - Video card

Hello, im looking for a new graphic card under $100, i last had a BFG Tech Nvidia 9600 but i did not have the power requirement for it and it fried i slapped myself and now im looking for a new one after upgrading my power supply to a 450w 12v, this card:

Is the one ive had recommended to me a couple times and has good reviews, please let me know if you have any suggestions id be glad to hear them - i play mostly World of Warcraft, Cod 4 and 6, and Diablo 3 when it comes out :] i want something that can handle all these on a medium - high graphics level

A 5670 would be a better choice, performs the same, but I believe less power is needed. It gives the added advantage of DX11, and GDDR5.
