Help, FLT files in a game

Hi, I just came across Lord of the Rings- War of the Ring..
The files are in FLT format.
I searched, found the joiner program...
Now I have one file

FLT - WOR1
and the size is 654MB

Is this a bin file, if so, where is the cue...?
How can I open this file up?

There is one way to fix this problem though, go buy the game.
