Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Hi all!

I have a weird problem that I didn't have with any other games.
When I try to start Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, I get this message:

The procedure entry point ??0gzifstream@@QAE@PBDH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library zlib.dll

Now I'm not a coputer pro but I did try to install the new zlib.dll and I don't think there is the incompatible one...

any thoughts?

My best guess is the game has some runtime files witch it cannot find.

well I know it has files it cannot find. I came to this forums to find a solution didn't I?
