1. You won't be able to play Halo PC with less than 256 MB of RAM.
2. You won't be able to play Halo PC with less than 64 MB of Video Memory.
3. Your processor is too slow to handle the game, too.

The following might be false but I ran Halo PC on a higher-end machine not so long ago and it ran like crap.

My PC:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ OC 2.2GHz
1GB of DDRAM 3200
120 GB HD w/8 MB cache
NVIDIA 6800 OC 360MHz/730MHz

On the above with the highest settings and 1600x1200 res I don't get too much spare FPS.

Come on kids, actually read what he is saying, hes being very helpful!

Now this is not for sure man, but judging by this, you have an AGP port. Although the device id says PCI... I did some research for you and people with that D.ID. are talking about ATI and nVidio cards they have put into their systems.

For this reason I'd be led to say you have an AGP port. You don't have to know what one is, but if you even just took a picture of the motherboard itself it would help us all a lot.

Lol. 1600x1200 full AA, full AF im guessing?

Nvidia's are known to not handle AA n AF as well. Halo may be a year or 2 old, but its engine is still quite advanced.

I will try to get get some pictures, but I can only get pics of the exterior of the computer. Will this be of any assistance?

If not, is getting a new video card the best solution? And do you need a powerful computer to run a new video card? or does it not matter?

no we need pics of the interior, the exterior will just show us the color of your case... how about you give us one of two things, the model of your motherboard (if custom build) if its a OEM system (Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.) the system model number and/or serial should do.
