Well i figured out what Im doing all evening after work.

Apparently it wont let you install it unless you meet the minimum requirements. I'll try after work to see if I get the same result.

I get the same thing at work except I do meet system requirements. Also, tomorrow is the 8th.

Apparently it's early for some people then? Got it installed and opened up to look at the settings. Looks like it has a 60fps cap (togglable between 30 and 60).

Google lol. I was Googling why I couldn't download and one of the random ones I clicked some people were saying that including the reviews on the game page.
