GTA3 Motion Blur Turn Off ?

Hi, i thought id Play Grand theft auto 3 Once again lol and im wondering How i turn off the Blur in the Game where it goes kind of all slow-mo if you know what i mean.. is the a Cheat or patch or Hack that gets rid of it ?.. Thanks

sorry, i dont think there's a solution, and on san andreas i just thought it slowed down because my computer sucked. that would explain why it became slow to respond when steering a bike etc

you should really check weather your advice helps before you moan at other people
