GTA Vice City.. something wrong with all Cars ?

hi , on GTA Vice City For PC when i get into ANY car and accelerate the Rear End goes back all the way down to the road i have no idea why its doing this and i dont really like it is there a way i can stop it from happening.. anyone know how to resolve this ?

here are my PC Specs

Intel Celeron D Processor 2.53GHz
Kingston DDR 768MB Ram
Nvidia GeForce FX5200 128MB Xpert Vision
Seagate 40GB HDD
C-Media 8738 Sound Card

Never mind i finally got past that problem... heres what i did

i put the Image Setting to High Quality ( Was on Quality Before )
I changed the AF to 4x which was on 8x and that resolved my problem
