GTA San Andreas sudden problem

The settings are as low as possible, no mods in here.
It seems to be the configs aren't the problem, it's general software/hardware sudden incompatibility I suppose.

Okay, first of all I've got no mods of San Andreas ever. The second is that the problem is solved apart by shutting down the Mip Mapping of the game after that the option finally grayed out. Generally the situation looks the same way with abit motion improvement.
