This is what gta sa looks like on my sisters computer at the main menu does anyone know how to fix this

maybe your CPU is too slow?? umhh just try reinstalling the game. cause if you cant get anywhere from the main menu, not much you can do.

it's not my computer this happens on it s my sisters its a sempron 2500+

yes but it doesnt meet the reccomended specs

well the min. sys. requirements don't always promise it will work.
