I've got one portable pc. It's hp envy 15 k202nl. It is :
- dual core by 2,4 ghz
- 16gb ram
-nvidia gtx850m with 4 gb
- 1 terabyte of space
-it's 64bit

According to you, could i play gta 5 with that pc to medium level of graphic?

I have a GTX 770m and the 850m isn't too far behind it. You should be able to play on a mix of medium/high settings. I play at a mix of medium/high/very high settings and I get a pretty constant 60fps in the city, and a dip to around 45-60fps while in the countryside (because of the higher quality grass settings that I have turned on). Still definitely playable though.
