Hi,
I am not sure if PC Gaming is the right place to put this in, anyways.
Since I started playing Far Cry 3 I started to care about my EVGA GTX 580 SC temperature. Without Afterburner it's about 87°C.
When I boost the fan (cca 2,5k RPM) it's ok and keeps under 80°C.
So the question - is it ok to force the boost for long time gaming?
And is there any more comfortable way to deal with the heat, apart from running Afterburner with every gaming session and force one value for fan speed (currently 67%).
Thank you for your replies,
DZimmy
