Gothic 2

Did anyone play gothic 2? I'm just starting it and I'm finding it a bit overwhelming, and very hard since everything kills me in like 3 hits. What I'm wondering is if the game is worth sticking out? Does it get better later or should I just bail now, right now it's too open ended and like morrowind which I dont really like. I like knowing what to do next without a ton of searching, final fantasy games are about the maximum open endedness I can deal with.

game gets very good. you have to get used to running and hitting at first, and also run from battles starting off. just get to the city asap, it gets pretty good.

this game is very good. At first its kind of hard, but then its alots of fun. Good game.
