Good HeadPhone for Skype and Gaming

I plan to get headphone.. or microphone. And I not sure with one to get.

I more interested in ability to receive my voice good and clear from headphone or microphone.

I heard that headphone is better to use with Skype...

so what Headphone to get? I don't need good sound or what ever... I don't need 5.1 sound... I just need a very good microphone on headset.

And microphone didn't work real good, it worked, but other ppl didn't really heard me good.
So which one you recommend?

I use a Sennheiser PC150 headset which costs around $40. The mic on it is great and the sound quality is wonderful for the price. I don't use it to listen to music however so I don't really know how good it is in that area.
