Gecube X800 Pro vid card?

Does anyone know anything about this card? cuz im getting it on ebay, and then seller said that hes exchanging the card for "PCI Express" to play games such as Doom 3 and Everquest 2...?? is this card not good enough for those 2 games or something...?

NOTE: THIS IS THE NON VIVO version...!!!!

Seems a little out there. I would be weary of buying any computer component from ebay especially foreign. But it could turn out to be fine, but if its not you could get stuck with a bum card. What price is that converted to USD? If its anywhere close to the actual price of a retail like within 70 bucks I would just buy the retail version for assurance.
