Hey i wondered is there a legallity to trading games?
we all probably have a ton we don't play anymore.
I know we have a hot deals area, or is that a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Nothing wrong with using a barter system. As long as the games are legit (uninstalled from the original machine) and include the serials (and any other info to use/activate it) it should be legal.
