Where should I rent a game server from?

I herd Velocity Servers were good and that GameServers were a huge nono. Any other places you guys might no of? Looking for a server in Central USA. 14 slot server for Cod4

I don't personally use them, but my buddy uses them for Vent and Games (CoD:WaW and CS:Source) Always tells me I should start renting from them, but they don't support my games, and most of my games have match making crap.
