ok i don't know alot about computers n stuff but why not delete the game u got from your pc, take it back n complain it don't work and get another n try that.. there might be a problem in the game somewere?

I remember seeing not too long ago a note about an update for the pc version of FFXI saying that if you get d/c while downloading the update or cancel downloading the update that you will have to re install the game completly but I think it also said something about not deleting the games folders. I'm sure if you look it up on Play Online when you log on you can read about issuse for past updates and such and see what I'm talking about.
