Final Fantasy 11 error?

When I click play, i get this message.
Does anyone know what it means?

Terminated as error ocurred in FINAL FANTASY XI. Failed to recognise Hardware TnL.
Please check that this computer has the required specifications to run FINAL FANTASY XI.(-1)

According to this guys reply, it means your Graphics card might not be compatible with FFXI, and also make sure you have DX9.0c installed.
