FEAR hiccups.

I decided to re-install fear yesterday and it lags for a millisecond every few feet you travel the whole time. I have checked my fps and am getting no lower than 35. When I ran the stress test it averaged at 70. What else could it be?

Try vsync, and also make sure you have the latest video drivers.

I think 1 gig is plenty for fear

I will try vsync and see if it helps.

actually fear is one of the few games that really could use 2 gigs of ram

Well I've run it with 1GB and I get no hiccups so it should be fine.

yea 1gb is still fine for it and that shouldnt be the reason for your hiccups

I turned on v sync and it still did it just as bad. If I turn the res/ down to 800x600 it runs fine. But doing the performance test show fps of over 70. This game is just a waste for me at the moment.
