wow those are some low requirements...you know what that means, right? every kid is going to be spamming "why can't my P4 max it out?!>@?!?>@>!@?!>@!?"

any clue if it will support quad-core?

This is gonna be friggen sweet, can't wait to get a new GPU and some new RAM soon. ^_^ Think the 8600M could play it decently?

actually those are higher than crysis requirements...(i just looked them up..it also said it was very scalable so low-end PC's will stand a chance....what a joke lol).

But, if it's anything like the first farcry it will look great and run good on any decent PC. I was able to get the first to run great on a x1650 pro card with 3.0ghz p4

it doesn't say anything about crappy intel laptop video cards though but I'm still going to try this on my laptop when i get it

Haha that made me laugh, why don't they just tell us what it ACTUALLY is. Crysis's 'run in all it's glory' and age of conans 'run with the eye candy' actually was between low and medium if you want 20+fps. For full high settings, you need WAY higher than that.

and 'intel core 2 duo family' was very clever wording, that ranges from the pretty slow E6300 and lower to quad cores at 3ghz.

Yes ! Not going to upgrade , because I don't game much.

KMAN , you dissing my processor , H-e-double hockey sticks , I'm a geek.

Nope, i am not. used to have one, but lets face it... i don't think it's keeping up with any of the latest processors is it ;)

Thanks,
Oreo

I hope it runs ok on my system though since it is a little slower than the supposedly slow e6300
