yeah but i meant is it strictly DX10 because i think Crysis doesnt work on a DX9 card does it?

Strictly DX10 would be better, but I think by leaving out DX9, that's cutting off a majority of the market. Since so many people are still with DX9. Crysis has been written with DX9 code in them. And there are videos that show it, running in DX9 mode.

Well from Bioshock screenshot comparisons of DX9 v. DX10, there wasn't a big difference. Just a little more shiny and what not. But in the Crysis comparion screenshots, it was pretty noticeable.

Framerates though, didn't change much. I think it was maroon1, who posted a thread on that. Where the framerates weren't much different at all, between DX9 and DX10.
