everything. im gonna go core 2 quad or maybe qait for the new amd chips, if there are results for them. probably a 9 series card. im gonna go for the worcks.

good point, im getting an athlon x2 3800+ and a XFX7900GS

you will probably not gain a performence increase with the 3800+x2. but you will with your vga. Just to try things out i purchased a 4200+x2 and in some games i lost a few fps in a couple games, in others it wasnt worth the price or upgrade, either 2 or 3 improvement or the same fps. these single core chips are at the point that the lower gen duel cores wont outperform them. so if you upgrade go for an opty 170 or a 4800x2.

their is no point in getting an opty 170, get the 165..it oc's better and its cheaper.

And when i went from single to dual, i barely noticed a diff in gaming.
While using applications, heck yes i did.
Im hoping i get better performance with the rig im getting this wed.
