Child killing was part of the original two Fallouts.. it was part of being able to kill any NPC you wanted, even main quest people..

I don't mind it, as long as there are super heavy penalties. In the originals you'd get a child killing perk/title and people in towns would hate your guts and you'd be restricted from doing a bunch of stuff, etc. I think astronomically bad karma and an onslaught of bounty hunters coming after you would be fitting.

Thats why I killed them they annoyed me. I threw a bottlecap mine at whatever the chief ghoul is after telling him I would help him to get into tenpenny . Was great to watch it was if he imploded then exploded It did blow off 2 off my arms and a leg though thankgod for stimpacks.

Gotta love the combat shotty. With the no degradation mod I am slowly getting mine up to 100%. I'm only limited by my repair skill right now. Same thing for the sniper rifle.
