Fallout 3 Crashing issues.

the thing that fixed my crashes was turning down the water multisampling. turning it from high to low fixed my crashing problem. if it still crashes you might want to try that.

This was exactly my issue too. Once I put it to low the game hardly crashes.

I've hit a problem lately of the game almost freezing at points. An enemy shows up, and my frame rate drops to one every few seconds. I don't know if it started before or after I moved to the newest drivers, though. I may drop back to the last set, as this one did not want to install properly.

only thing i crash on now is entering V.A.T.S. although it isnt an issue as i don't really use it.

well me and you had the same problem. set the water multismplenig to low and your crashes will be gone. water still looks the same. it would crash every time i went in to VATS and now it only will crash every couple of hours.

ill see if the much updated drivers and patch could help me out to lessen the crash.

yeah using the VATS makes the game crash as well, hmmm let me see on how to go on about it
