Fallout 3 aim and stuttering - NO CTDs. :P

Hey,

I've just started playing Fallout 3 and I'm up to date and patched. All drivers are latests versions, etc.

Well, the strange issue is that, although I seem to be capped at 60fps steady, and the frame rate hardly moves, the movement still seems to stutter and the mouse aim is horrible, it has lag (Logitech G5 on max DPI....), it is horribly imprecise, etc. Anyone with suggestions or advice?

disable vsync

as for the mouse, i do not know why it would be lagging. Maybe vsync will fix that.

I'll give it a shot, thanks. Disabling vsync did seem to help with mouse lag in Dead Space (it's still not smooth aim-wise though), maybe it will help here too.

Disabling vsync did nothing for me regarding stuttering and jerky mouse movement. The mouse behaves like it was accelerated and it is definitely not....argh.
