error message I get playing Wolfenstein 3d

I can play this game on my desktop just fine. P4 3.8 2gb ATI 700 Pro XP Pro SP 2.

On my laptop I get this error message

Game: Wolfenstein 3D

any ideas why I get this error and how I could fix it. Is it a CPU issue or Nvidia GO 7700 issue.
