I quite liked number 3, even tho I prefer running round with a gun (not very good at judging distantes with an axe :s), but the game does look very cool

Yeah, HL2....their faces weren't lifeless like it is in that one.

If you want to make half life 2's faces even better, there is a high resolution skin mod out right now. Just google it if you want it. I am not going to not buy Oblivion on account of facial animations - ill judge it by the strength of its gameplay. Morrowind was one of my favorite games of all time because you could go anywhere and do anything you wanted.
