Dual monitor help

I just connected my second monitor to my desktop. I have been playing around with it and overall I like it. The only issue I seem to be having is when I play a online game such as (Counter-strike) when I click on the other screen the game minimizes.. Is there anyway I can make the screen not minimize and stay in-game when doing smething on the other monitor?

When you are in-game you won't be able to use the other monitor. It is at the desktop and so when you click it that is why it will minimize.

imposible i to have dual lcds and it will not work unles you dont go full screen

It's not fullscreen, like the post above me says.
