hey i just started playing doom 2 again (classic game) and i can't remember how to enter codes... i got them and typed them during gameplay am i just dumb or am i doing something wrong?

Hit the "~" key and it should bring down a console.

I think you just hit 'enter' then type the cheat. It's been so long since I played that though.
