I have SimCity 4, and if you like creating a city and stuff, then you would definetely like the game.
Although I find it TERRIBLY hard to keep a city up for a while before running out of money, it is fun just playing around with the Natural Disasters and such, so if you like that type of thing, I say "go for it" !!
