If they're smart, they'll make another. There are so many fans out there that have played the game since early beta stages and still do, and there are others that wouldn't even question a 3rd one and buy it. There's plenty of room for another. Baal or Diablo's soulstone were never destroyed. Plus, there are still 2 lesser evils running hell. Not to mention all the new content they could add into the game and still keep what made Diablo such a great game. I don't see why they wouldn't make one, and I doubt licensing problems would stop them from making it.
