When I play the game and set the quality to high or super high the whole game runs in slow motion. FPS stays high but everything moves really slow. My gpu doesn't overheat, my cpu isn't at 100% on either core, I have up to date drivers, and plenty of ram. I can turn every setting but quality all the way up and not get the problem and turn every setting all the way down but set quality to high and get the problem. Any ideas?
