css server problems

well i just bought css, installed everything and it was fine. but when i look for servers it doesnt come up with any. i was thinking i might need to open some ports or something but steam connects just fine when i log in.Im pretty sure there are actually servers there and there is something wrong on my end
Any ideas to get me playing?

Make sure you are not blocking off UDP 27015 anywhere. This was the solution when my my games could not get server lists from HL2 / CSS

Make sure your firewall is not blocking it, especially if you are running Nortons, Macaffe, or ZoneAlarm. Hope that helps-

well it doesnt work with firewall turned off and the router isnt blocking it. When i start it says my 6600gt drivers are out of date could this be any effect?
