CSS cant join any servers

OK so after I reformatted my computer and put on all my games and CSS I tried to play CSS. I cannot join ANY servers, it goes trying connectrion, retrying connection 4x until it gives up. Why can't I join any servsers? I've verified the game files using steam and it didnt give me an error message or anything so whats the deal?

Make sures it a CS:S server and not a regualr CS one

First thing I would check is make sure its 100% updated in your properties of the game. Also check the support part of the website or their forum.Steam forums have 90x the amount of steam related problems compared to here..


I havent had any problem actually connecting unless somethings up with my internet


its hard to troubleshoot a problem so general.. sorry
