CS Steam Problem

ok i played on steam a few months ago so yesturday i reinstalled it and stuff. Well when i went to play the maps where taking so long to upload and play online. And when it does it laggs alot.
See a few months ago this crap didnt happen only the laggin part which i think is do to my VGA card.

Have you tried lately?

Right after you install CS or something it is still wokring so you can play in offline mode or something like that. It always lags for me after i re-install. After a day its back to normal for me.

yea doing the same crap and i just reinstalled the whoole thing a few minutes ago. and steam is still given me problems.
