I mean, the game is Dx10 and they don't even recommend a Dx10 card....haha...

You don't NEED to have a DX10 card, but I guess it will be better in DX10.

True but it was utilized and optimized for DX10, so why would you want to even play it in DX9.

I just really hope the pure DX10 bred game will have better optimization than the imported Lost Planet demo, as the performance is rather unsettling. I noticed a drop from 75 to 20fps when increasing the shadows quality/res...yet saw no gain in image quality. I hope crysis will be AMAZING at even the low settings like lost planet. It should be smoother overall than the LP DX10 demo, no dbout. I'm not worried. I anticipate 60 fps at med and it still looking like high...

All I know is that Lost Planet performed okay, and it's like the DX10 frankenstien... Crysis is like the DX10 ninja.
