couter strike problem

Hi,IÂ’m having a problem with counter strike soure game online the problem is when I open the CSS game and click on find server icon and then its bring up the box with a lot of room(or servers) showed up and then it automatic shutdown the game without any warning or errors.i donÂ’t know what is wrong with my computer,any one knows this happen please help me out.
Here is my OS detail:
Pentium 4 3.20ghz
Memory 1gb ddr
Radeon 9500 pro graphic card.
120 gb hard drive.

Check you error log: Start>Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools

Also disable your FireWall/Antivirus.

Maybe you have somesorta firewall blocking the game from starting online, try disabling or properties.
