counter strike / windows trouble

Please help i have installed counter strike condition zero and when i go to play it error message comes up (multiple errors) basically the same error - DLL D:\Games\language.mix is not a valid Windows image please check this against your installation disk. This is a genuine bought copy I don,t know what to do please help.

yeh i have tried the basics
