Sorry, can anyone help me? I need to know If I can run Counter Strike: Source. My Specs are 1024 RAM 2.7 GHz 96 MB Intel(R)82856G Graphics Controller, Windows SP2 Home Edition.

it looks like you have an integrated graphics card, spend the $40-50 bucks and just get a 9500/9600 gt or whatever mainstream card if you want to run source at a decent level.

Can you be more specific on your specs? Is it a 2.7GHz single/dual core? Counter Strike will definitely run because it is not very intensive at all, but using that Intel integrated graphics you will have very low graphics details.
