Counter Strike Microphone problem

Basically, i have the microphone plugged into the Rear Mic Port of my PC.
HOWEVER stupid counterstrike: source wants to use the Microphone at the front. Therebye changing my microphone settings automatically. so if i was to go on Teamspeak for example, i have to change back to rear mic in sound control. Which is really gay.

Anyone know how to make counter strike use my rear mic?

shouldnt that be a default setting? try playing around with css settings or get another mic lol theyre like < $10
